Situated north of the Bristlecone Lake is the neighborhood of Bristlecone at Forest Lakes. Crafted exclusively by Classic Homes, this neighborhood represents a total of 71 new construction homes, each constructed on an 80-foot wide homesite. Eight additional acreage estate homesites will also be developed. Lot reservations in this master planned community opened in October of 2015, sales began on February 17, 2016, and the community was officially sold out in 2018.
