Starting from the $370s to $550s, homebuyers will have the opportunity to select from a large selection of home sizes, styles and design.

Crafted exclusively by Classic Homes, this neighborhood offers a total of 71 homes, each constructed on an 80-foot wide homesite. Eight additional acreage estate homesites will also be developed. Lot reservations opened in October of 2015, and sales began on February 17, 2016.
