New Construction Near Palmer Lake and Monument:
 
Because our community has a lake and is one of the only new home communities west of I-25, we often field inquiries from people across the country and across the state who are not familiar with our location. So, we thought we would give a quick overview to those who aren't familiar.
 
Our Forest Lakes location offers the best of many worlds. We are only 40 minutes down I-25 from the Denver Tech Center (or DTC as some call it). The Tech Center houses many different employers, and is one of the largest employment centers in the state of Colorado.
 
Going south down I-25 leads you right to downtown Colorado Springs and not much further to some of the famous landmarks of the area (Pikes Peak, The Broadmoor, and The Garden of Gods). Downtown Colorado Springs features many shops and retail offerings with world-class dining and local microbrew beers. 
 
Castle Rock is another popular place to visit. Located roughly 20 minutes north of Forest Lakes, Castle rock has the famed Castle Rock Outlet Shops, Castle Pines Golf Course, and its own charming views and vistas.
 
Finally, in addition to our two community lakes (Bristlecone Lake and Pinon Lake), Forest lakes is just minutes from Palmer Lake and Monument Lake, and with lakefront views in the development, you are always seconds from capturing a stunning view of mountains, lakes, and Colorado blue skies!
